Sealed bids are invited to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and perform all work necessary for the construction of the 14-Mile Slough Pump Station Discharge Modifications in accordance with the plans and specifications for Project Number UW20022. The work includes demolition and removal of existing guiderails, pump disconnect assemblies, and base elbows and fittings, and the installation of new guiderails and elbows compatible with Vaughan Chopper Pumps. The scope includes minor wet well modifications and requires comprehensive bypass pumping for the duration of the work. Bidders are instructed to obtain official bid documents from ARC Document Solutions and submit completed sealed bid packets with a plan holder number to the Office of the City Clerk. A mandatory pre-bid conference at the project site is required for all bidders. Bidders must monitor the City's website for project addenda or updates. For projects over $100,000, at least 50% of workforce labor hours must come from local residents. For projects over $1,000,000, compliance with the Community Workforce and Training Agreement is required.
