Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Spanish Fork, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
The work includes the construction of a partial length parallel Taxiway B (approximately 2,000 linear feet) and connectors B2 and B3, with related electrical work such as lights, lit signs, conduit, cables, and duct banks. The project also involves repair of a 100-ft by 10-ft section of Runway 12-30. Tasks to be performed include excavation, subgrade preparation, grading, underdrain and drainage improvements, aggregate subbase and base courses, asphalt paving, electrical and lighting improvements, and pavement markings. Bidders must comply with all relevant federal nondiscrimination and civil rights laws, including specific federal clauses and wage provisions. All required information and pre-qualification statements must be provided with the bid. No oral interpretation will be made to any bidder as to the meaning of the Specifications, including Drawings. Neither the OWNER nor the ENGINEER will be responsible for oral interpretations. Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing to the ENGINEER, J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc., 392 E. Winchester St., Ste 300, Salt Lake City, UT 84107. Any inquiry received seven or more days prior to the date fixed for opening of bids will be given consideration Questions and requests for clarifications received after 5:00 pm, local time on Friday, March 20, 2026, will not be addressed.
