Reference Number 0000414734 Purchase Type Duration: 1 year Option: TO EXTEND 1.1 It is the intent of the City of Rochester to establish a Street Lighting Electrical Services, Stray Voltage contract with an RG&E approved electric utility contractor to perform repairs, modifications, and diagnostics on various street light facilities owned by the City of Rochester. 1.2 The primary user of this contract will be the Street Lighting Division (SLD). 1.3 No individual job under this contract may exceed $15,000.00. The City reserves the right to seek separate bids for any job exceeding that amount. 1.4 Bidders should carefully review the Insurance Requirements of Section 16, and must certify on the Proposal that they have the insurance specified.
