INTAKE WATER SCREEN AIRBURST PIPE REMOVAL AND SEALING at the MANASQUAN RESERVOIR INLET/OUTLET TOWER, MANASQUAN RESERVOIR HOWELL TOWNSHIP, MONMOUTH COUNTY, NEW JERSEY. There is no bid security required. This is a Public Work project and is subject to the NJ Prevailing Wage Act and the NJ Public Works Contractor Registration Act. A Performance bond will be required from the successful bidder. Bidders must comply with the Division of Revenue Business Registration Certification Act (N.J.S.A. 52:32-44), Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127 (N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27), the Diane B. Allen Equal Pay Act (P.L. 2018 c. 9), the Authority's Small Business Set Aside requirements pursuant to N.J.A.C. 17:13-4.2d, and the Pay to Play Prohibitions and Political Contribution Disclosure requirements (N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.13 et seq. (P.L. 2005, c.51)). Bidding documents and technical specifications can be found at the NJWSA webpage. There is no bid security required Question Deadline 03/18/2026 Written questions prior to the bid shall be submitted to Stephen Gates, PE, Chief Engineer at sgates@njwsa.org, if necessary. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Request for Quotations shall be submitted to the Authority in writing. In order to receive adequate consideration, questions should be received by the Authority at least ten (10) business days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Quotations.
