Proposers interested in the work are instructed to submit three original hard copies and one electronic copy (USB flash drive) of a complete proposal in accordance with the RFP. Proposals must be bound and delivered sealed to the specified address no later than the designated date and time. The cost proposal must be submitted separately in a clearly identified and separate sealed envelope or package. Each sealed envelope or package must include the name and address of the proposer and be numbered sequentially if multiple packages are submitted. Submission of proposals by fax or other electronic means will not be accepted, and any proposals received after the deadline will not be considered or opened. Arrangements can be made for the unopened proposals to be returned at the proposer’s request and expense.
