The Board wishes to retain the services of a qualified Contractor to work with the Board, its Consultant (Central Valley Engineering) to successfully complete the project. The contractor is to provide all labour, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the storm water system improvements in accordance with the sealed IFC drawings prepared by Central Valley Engineering (2004) Ltd. The work includes site preparation, excavation, installation of new storm piping, catch basins, manholes, and an infiltration trench system, pavement removals and reinstatement, backfilling and compaction, and restoration of affected areas. The contractor shall coordinate with the City and utility providers, implement erosion and sediment control measures, complete required inspections and testing, and ensure all works comply with municipal standards, applicable codes, and permit requirements. All installations and modifications are to be as per the drawings and specifications and must conform to all the related Codes, By-law regulations, and requirements of the Authorities having jurisdiction.
