Remodeling of a recreation facility in Palatine, Illinois. Completed plans call for the remodel of a recreation facility.
Sealed bids are requested for the Birchwood Recreation Center Floor Project. Late bids will be disqualified and returned unopened. Minority business firms are encouraged to submit bids, and the successful contractor is encouraged to utilize minority businesses as sub-contractors for supplies, equipment, services, and construction. Electronic plans and specifications are available by request. The successful bidder must comply with laws and regulations regarding equal employment and prevailing wages. The right to accept or reject any or all bids, or accept only portions of proposals, is reserved.
