Renovation of a library in Brattleboro, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
The Brooks Memorial Library is seeking bids from qualified Contractors to complete a Canopies, Windows and Security Door project. The project will follow an earlier awarded project for all the concrete hardscape and must be coordinated with the hardscape project Contractor, as both will occupy the site at various times. The scope includes constructing two new canopies, replacing some of the windows in the children’s section, painting the existing cementitious band at the exterior of the library, framing and installing a new access door with electronic access, and performing miscellaneous electrical work. Interested parties may request more information and an electronic copy of the bid package from the Owner’s Representative. A printed copy is available for examination at the library. Sealed proposals should be sent or delivered to the Town of Brattleboro, attention Town Manager. The deadline for proposals is specified in the instructions.
