The Project consists of the construction of a packaged booster pump station with a cast-in-place concrete foundation and approximately 950 linear feet of ductile iron water main and appurtenances, and demolition of an existing booster pump station. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is Copy World LLC., 5 Airport Road, Colonial Plaza- Unit 21, West Lebanon, NH 03784. Prospective Bidders may obtain the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Printed Bidding Documents are available at a cost of $125 per set, including shipping. Bidding Documents in PDF format will be provided to those who purchase printed documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents are not available. Neither the Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of documents obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bidding Documents can also be examined at the office of the Public Works Director on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM and at the office of the Engineer by appointment on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM local time on April 9, 2026 at the Public Works Department, located at 211 Fairground Road, Brattleboro, VT. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but not mandatory.
