New construction of a fire / police facility in S Royalton, Vermont. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,589-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility.
The Town of Royalton is requesting lump sum bids from General Contractors for the construction of a new South Royalton Rescue Squad Quarters and Garage Building. The new building will be one-story, wood-framed, approximately 3,589 square feet, and will include two ambulance bays. The construction site is adjacent to the Royalton Municipal Building in South Royalton. General contractors must be registered in Vermont and able to provide a Performance Bond equal to 100 percent of the total construction cost. Sub-contractors must submit bids through a General Contractor. Bidders are instructed to notify the architect of their intention to bid in order to receive addenda and other information during the bidding process.
