St. Charles County is seeking bids for building materials. The County reserves the right to terminate the contract for any violation of any term or condition of the contract by giving thirty days’ written notice stating the reasons and giving the party time to remedy any deficiencies. All bid prices submitted must be guaranteed for ninety days. One signed original and one signed copy of the bid must be received in a sealed envelope plainly marked with the bid number and title, and the date and time of the bid opening. An authorized representative must sign the bid in blue ink. Bids must be submitted to the St. Charles County Finance Department prior to the bid opening. The County reserves the right to accept and/or reject any or all bids. Bid results may be obtained by visiting the St. Charles County Government website. Any questions or clarifications concerning the request for bid must be submitted in writing. The bid number and title must be referenced on all correspondence. All questions must be received by the stated deadline. Responses to questions or clarifications will be placed on the County’s website.
