Bidders may obtain CAD Drawings electronically and can acquire information on bidding instructions, project specifications, timeline and deadline limitations, and requirements for procuring bidding documents through the specified contacts. No pre-bid meeting is required, though a review of the project with the district representative prior to submitting bids is recommended. Not less than the prevailing hourly wage rates, as determined by the State of Missouri, Division of Labor Standards, must be paid to all workers employed on this project. The Board of Education intends to award a contract to the lowest responsible bidder complying with the bid terms, but reserves the right to reject any or all bids, reject any part of a bid, accept any bid deemed to be in its best interest, solicit new bids, and waive any informalities or technicalities in the bid requirements and specifications.
