Knox County will receive bids for the following items and services: floor tile and related supplies, E. Beaver Creek Dr. widening and signalized intersection, residential lead safe and healthy home services, and West High School security vestibule. For additional information, contact the Procurement Division in Knoxville, TN, or visit the county's procurement website. To bid on county surplus items, visit the specified auction website. Each Bid must be accompanied by a certified check or by a Bidder's Bond executed by the Bidder and a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Tennessee, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid. The successful Bidder will be required to execute an acceptable performance and payment bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract price prior to the execution of the contract. All technical questions will be addressed by written addendum issued by Knox County Procurement.
