Sealed bids will be received for the Summer 2026 Renovations project for General Trades, Flooring, and Mechanical bid packages. Bids must be submitted in an opaque sealed envelope clearly marked with the provided details. All bids must comply with the bidding instructions in the Bidding Documents and include a bid bond equal to ten percent of the base bid. Incomplete, late, or non-conforming bids may not be accepted. No bids may be withdrawn, cancelled, or modified after the bid opening without the Board’s consent for ninety days after the scheduled opening. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, waive irregularities or informalities, and make an award in the best interest of the District. Compliance with all applicable Illinois laws, including prevailing wage and Equal Employment Opportunity, is required. The Bidding Documents will be available for purchase or online viewing/download. A non-mandatory site visit will be coordinated for interested parties to inspect existing conditions and site logistics.
