Levy Adult School Roofs & Building E (9-12) The project is for renovations at Levy Adult Center, Building E. All bids must be submitted using the forms provided and delivered to the Purchasing Department at the specified address. The contract time is 82 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. The project must comply with the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA). Bidders must follow all guidelines and requirements in the current CUPCCAA policies and procedures manual. Bids must be presented in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the project site. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive irregularities or informalities in any bids. The successful bidder must provide required bonds and meet all required codes and labor regulations, including prevailing wage rates. Bids must include designated subcontractors as required by law. Bid security of at least 10% of the bid amount is required. Award will be made to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest priced responsive bid. Bids must be valid for 90 calendar days from the opening date.
