The project also requires clearing and grubbing of 157.6 acres, grading in two primary areas of 1,649,134 cubic yards and 81,003 cubic yards respectively, grading of hummocky piles covering 6.3 acres, and grading by ripping for 32.2 acres. Planting preparation is needed for 157.6 acres, with the planting of 26,172 tree seedlings and mulching of 119.1 acres. A bid bond is required. Zero and negative unit prices and labor are permitted. The estimated contract amount ranges from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000, with a project term of 730 calendar days.
