ELECTRONIC SEALED BIDS from Approved Prequalified Bidders are requested for the Dunn Loring ES New Construction Project. Bidders are advised that the Contract Documents require the payment of prevailing wages to all mechanics, laborers, and other workers of every tier in accordance with the Fairfax County Prevailing Wage Ordinance and Virginia Code 2.2-4321.3. The successful Bidder's obligations also include compliance with the certification and recordkeeping requirements set forth therein. Bidding documents are to be submitted electronically using the procurement portal powered by Bonfire Interactive. Physical delivery of bid security is required twenty-four (24) hours prior to the bid opening. All questions must be sent to the Architect as specified.
