The City of Richmond is accepting bids for general contracting services for the Brook Road & Westbrook Avenue Traffic Signal Upgrade Project. The project includes, but may not be limited to, the installation of traffic signal poles, foundations, mast arm poles, conduits, junction boxes, traffic signal heads, pedestrian signal indicators (countdown), signage, sidewalk, wheelchair ramps, pavement markings, and other traffic related equipment. The purpose is to upgrade the existing traffic signal infrastructure, including signal equipment, pedestrian facilities, and accessibility features, to improve safety, reduce delays, and enhance overall traffic operations at the intersection. Question Deadline 03/24/2026 at 4:00 PM ET If any person contemplating submitting a bid for the proposed Work is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the proposed Contract Documents or discrepancies of any sort between existing conditions and proposed new Work, he must submit a written request for an interpretation through online portal
