Question Deadline 03/24/2026 at 12:00 PM ET In order to receive consideration, questions must be received in ProcureWare at least 8 days prior to the date fixed for the receipt of Bids. Bidders who have technical questions about the portal, how to complete the Bid Form, documents that must be uploaded, etc. may contact Eric Rosen at ros0074@henrico.gov or 804-501-5639 up to noon the day Bids are due. The work consists of replacement of Screw Pumps Nos. 1 and 3 with new screw pumps equipped with permanent stainless-steel troughs, replacement of Gear Reducer Nos. 1 and 3 with new gear reduction units, and repair of concrete surfaces as specified in the contract documents. The project is located at 4800 Vawater Ave, Richmond, VA 23222.
