DSCR - Elk Pasture - Dry Swale 3 Project CONTRACT NO .: W9123617D0017 All labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals are required to construct the Dry Swale 3 stormwater management facility within the Elk Pasture area at Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR). Work includes installing a temporary silt fence, implementing erosion and sediment control measures, and protecting existing storm drain inlets. The contractor shall construct a reinforced concrete weir wall, install the underdrain section located beneath the wall, and install a new chain-link fence matching DSCR's elk-control fencing standards. The contractor must coordinate all access and security requirements with DSCR Police through the project manager. All work must be completed within 60 days of the Notice to Proceed and must meet Virginia DEQ stormwater management standards, EPA watershed compliance requirements, and applicable DoD and UFC construction standards. Contractors must possess a bona fide business location within 125 miles of DSCR, maintain required insurance, and demonstrate at least five years of relevant experience and qualifications as described in the Statement of Work. Location: Defense Supply Center Richmond 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway, Richmond, VA 23297 Disclosure of magnitude: the estimated magnitude of the award is between $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
