The City of Carencro is seeking to develop a comprehensive master plan to improve stormwater management and reduce flood risks. A Drainage Consultant will be hired to assist in carrying out the drainage-related goals of the Comprehensive Plan. The consultant's tasks include: conducting a vulnerability assessment of critical infrastructure to identify flood-prone areas; performing a comprehensive assessment and costing of upgrades for the City’s stormwater infrastructure; and developing cost estimates and plans to upgrade stormwater drains and culverts in high-risk areas. Proposals must follow the provided Proposal Format Instructions, Guidelines & Forms. Proposals will be submitted online only at the designated portal, with all documents accessible online. All proposers must register on the website to access and download documents, and will receive notifications of changes or addendums through their registered email. The City may request oral presentations or conduct further negotiations and reserves the right to cancel the RFP or not issue a contract until one is signed.
