The base bid work shall consist of, but is not limited to, replacing approximately 30,000 linear feet of 2" cast iron gas main with 2" PE gas main, installing approximately three hundred (300) service taps with approximately 21,400 linear feet 1" PE service line, installing one (1) subsurface coulee crossing and removal of one (1) existing gas regulator station. Alternate No. 1 work includes removal of four (4) existing gas regulator stations and relocation of one (1) existing gas regulator station. Alternate No. 2 work includes installing three (3) subsurface coulee crossings. Bids must be submitted electronically at the specified website or at the office location by the deadline. Bidders are required to provide the same documents for both electronic and physical submissions and must submit original documents within 48 hours of bid opening. Only a bid bond is needed as bid security, and electronic copies should be included with electronic bids. Bids must be signed in accordance with relevant state laws, and an authorizing Corporate Resolution or Certificate of Authority is required.
