Cascade Water Alliance is soliciting proposals for a multi-year contract for operations and maintenance services for the White River-Lake Tapps Reservoir Project. Proposers must demonstrate experience and satisfactory performance with similar engagements, including with respect to the proposed Key Personnel. The selected firm will be required to operate and maintain the Project's infrastructure to meet regulatory and stakeholder requirements and provide preventive maintenance to ensure the Project remains in sound operating condition on a cost-effective and cooperative basis. The contractor must provide all services and required staffing.
