Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Lake Tapps, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Proposals are requested for the construction of the Crestwood Lower Field Restoration Project, combined and/or separately. Certified check(s), bank cashier's check(s), or bid bond(s) shall be required with the Base Bid(s) equal to five percent (5%) of the Base Bid(s). Make check(s) or bid bond(s) payable to Sumner-Bonney Lake School District No. 320. No bidder may withdraw its proposal after the hour set for bid opening thereof, unless award is delayed for a period exceeding 45 calendar days after bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in any Bid or the bidding. Each Bid and all other enclosures shall be enclosed in an opaque, sealed envelope, bearing the name and address of the bidder and addressed to the Owner. Mark lower left corner of the envelope Crestwood Lower Field Restoration. The Bid and Contract are subject to equal employment opportunity provisions of Washington State Law, compliance with prevailing wage standards of RCW 39.12, and all reporting requirements relating to each of the above.
