Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Rogers, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Rogers Water Utilities is seeking a General Contractor / Construction Manager to provide pre-construction services and construct proposed improvements at the Rogers Pollution Control Facility at 4300 S. Rainbow Rd. in Rogers, AR, using the general contractor construction management method. Proposed improvements include the expansion of peak flow basins, a new coarse screening facility, new influent lift station, new fine screening and grit removal facility, new backup generator, hydraulic improvements to secondary treatment, new tertiary filtration facility, new UV disinfection facility, and associated utilities, earthwork, landscaping, paving, and other sitework, as well as decommissioning existing facilities. Submission requirements include five bound copies of the Statement of Qualifications and one electronic PDF copy. Interested parties must be licensed under the terms of Act 150 of the 1965 Acts of the Arkansas Legislature and any subsequent amendments. RWU encourages participation by small business and veteran-owned business enterprises and general contractors are encouraged to consider identified groups when subcontracting work. The selection process will conform to applicable Arkansas laws, and RWU reserves rights regarding the submission and selection process.
