Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Pea Ridge, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This project consists of rehabilitating the Hwy 72 elevated water storage tank, including: exterior surface preparation and re-surfacing, interior surface preparation and re-surfacing, replacing or modifying vents and hatches, installation of a tank roof handrail system, and an interior safety climb ladder system, concrete foundation cleaning, caulking and sealing, and painting of a logo. Bidders are instructed that a five percent (5%) bid bond shall be submitted with the bid proposal. Pea Ridge reserves the right to waive any formalities and to reject any or all bids.
