Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Annapolis, Maryland. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway.

The scope of work includes providing transportation planning and 30% design services for a bikeway along Bay Ridge Avenue, as well as conducting a feasibility study for a neighborhood trail connection that would connect the Bay Ridge Avenue corridor to Tyler Avenue and Hilltop Lane along the former right-of-way of the Bay Ridge–Annapolis Railroad. Instructions to bidders require sealed proposals for these design phase services to be submitted to the Central Purchasing Office by the stated deadline. Late submittals will not be accepted. The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, award multiple contracts, and select the proposal deemed in the best interest of the City."
