Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Annapolis, Maryland. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.

This project consists of constructing of a new Maintenance Storage Building, performing site upgrades, and completing various infrastructure improvements at the Bay Bridge facility. Project work includes, but is not limited to: 1. Construction of a new Maintenance Storage Building to store equipment and accommodate plow trucks. 2. Demolition and removal of the existing pre-engineered metal building and small concrete block building. 3. Site and paving work including new and reconfigured paved areas to accommodate parking and access to equipment and vehicles stored in and around the new Maintenance Storage Building. 4. Construction of infrastructure for new single-service electrical power connecting the new Maintenance Storage Building, and existing South Maintenance building. 5. Construction of new water main, tying from an existing water line near the existing Administration Building to the new building site. Work will involve directional drilling under US 50 and along Old Ferry Slip Road. 6. Construction of new drainage and storm water management facilities. 7. Miscellaneous site improvements including storm drainage, water service, sanitary sewer, electrical and fiber optic infrastructure and appurtenances. 8. Site lighting. 9. New Landscaping for site mitigation. 10. Relocation of the existing storage trailer that is adjacent to the existing garage building. The location will be indicated by the MDTA Engineer.
