The Town of Dewey, Portage County is requesting sealed bids for the paving and shouldering of Willow Springs Drive, starting at Dewey Drive and extending south for approximately 5,386 feet. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk prior to 6:00 p.m. on the specified bid deadline. Bids will be opened at the Town Board Meeting that night. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days from the date of the bid opening. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids received, to waive any minor defects or irregularities in the bids, and to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the Town of Dewey. 1) Paving of Willow Springs Drive, starting at Dewey Drive going south for approximately 5,386 feet. 2) Shouldering of Willow Springs Drive, starting at Dewey Drive going south for approximately 5,386 feet.
