Site work and paving for a road / highway in Knowlton, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work includes furnishing of all materials and equipment and performance of the following work, per the Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents (PS & CD). The project is located on Seagull Drive between STH 34 and CTH DB. A brief description of the Bid work for the above contract includes: The project consists of approximately 5,030 linear feet of roadway pavement replacement. Major work items and approximate quantities for which bids are requested include: 14,312 square yards removing asphaltic surface, 9,316 cubic yards excavation common, 5,901 tons asphalt pavement, 17,319 tons base aggregate 1¼-inch and 19,699 linear feet pavement marking. Site Directions: Seagull Drive between STH 34 and CTH DB If the Town accepts the Bid, the selected Contractor will execute and deliver the proper Contract Agreement within 15 calendar days after the Notice of Award by the Town. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive or not waive any informality in the bids received and to accept any bid, which they deem most favorable to the interests of the Owner. Question Deadline 03/24/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
