The project is located on Old Highway 51 between STH 34 and Bird Lane. A brief description of the Bid work for the above contract includes: The project consists of approximately 16,000 linear feet of roadway pavement replacement. Major work items and approximate quantities for which bids are requested include: 34,760 square yards removing concrete pavement, 4,770 square yards removing asphaltic surface milling, 39,590 cubic yards excavation common, 10,200 tons asphalt pavement, 36,800 tons base aggregate dense, 22,600 tons breaker run, 255 linear feet concrete culvert pipe, and 55,022 linear feet pavement marking. If the Town accepts the Bid, the selected Contractor will execute and deliver the proper Contract Agreement within 15 calendar days after the Notice of Award by the Town.
