Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Stockton, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

Provide professional consultant services to design intersection safety improvements at three intersections and provide assistance during the construction phase of the project: March Lane at Red Russo Drive, March Lane and Precissi Lane, and Hammer Lane and Montauban Avenue. Consultant must be familiar with the Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP), and Carbon Reduction Program Local (CRPL) funded projects, Caltrans Local Assistance Programs Guidelines (LAPG) and Local Assistance Procedures Manual (LAPM). The Consultant and Consultant Staff must demonstrate recent design experience on similar projects. Question Deadline 03/18/2026 Any question or request for clarification shall be submitted in writing to: Evan.Bannister@stocktonca.gov , Requests for clarification shall be submitted at least seven (7) business days prior to the proposal due date. The proposed project involves installing protected left-turn signal heads, larger signal lens, retro-reflective back-plates, high reflectivity lane and crosswalk markings, traffic video detection system, and Accessible Pedestrian Signals & near side signal heads at select locations.
