The project consists of full-depth removal and reconstruction of the asphalt apron pavement at the Russellville Regional Airport. Bids must be submitted on a unit price basis. 25-5804 - The proposed contract is subject to the Buy American provision under Section 9129 of the Aviation Safety and Capacity Expansion Act of 1990, Executive Order 11246, and the Equal Opportunity clause.
