Site work for a mixed-use development in Mountain Home, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a swimming pool; and recreation facility.

Sealed bids are requested for the SITE FENCING bid package for the Community and Aquatics Center in Mountain Home, Baxter County, Arkansas. Plans, specifications, forms of bid bond, performance and payment bond, and other contract documents may be examined at specified locations. Each bid must include a certified check or bank draft payable to the City of Mountain Home, negotiable U.S. Government bonds at par value, or a satisfactory bid bond by the bidder and acceptable surety amounting to five percent of the total bid. The contract is subject to applicable labor laws, nondiscrimination provisions, wage rate laws, and federal laws including the Fair Labor Standards Acts of 1938, the Work Hours Act of 1962, and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Bidders must ensure employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informality in bidding. Bids may be held for up to sixty days from the bid opening for review and investigation of bidder qualifications before awarding the contract. The project consists of site development and construction of a new Community Center and Aquatics Park located in Mountain Home, AR. BID PACKAGE NO. 42: SITE FENCING not limited to: a. Furnish & install all site fencing and gates as shown in plans and specifications (Exhibit A). b. Fencing shall be black coated chain link. c. All gate posts will be 4" schedule 40 pipe. d. Concrete ribbon for fencing located in green space behind pool deck will be done by others. Fence posts will need to be set by fencing contractor prior to ribbon being poured, then fence contractor will return to complete fencing. e. All equipment required for completion of work. f. Clean up, complete, of all excess materials. Protect any slabs during work of this scope. g. Furnish shop drawings and other required submittals. h. Layout for work in this bid package. i. Include all applicable sales tax j. Coordinate work of this subcontract with Construction Manager and work of other subcontractors. k. Protect materials and work. l. Clean up and removal of all waste and debris from job site, to Construction Manager provided dumpsters, resulting from work under this bid package.
