Description

Demolition, site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Mountain Home, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The City of Mountain Home Water Department is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQS) from qualified firms to provide professional construction services for the reconstruction of the Water Billing Office façade. The project includes, but is not limited to, demolition of existing exterior glass assemblies, roof replacement, construction of new structural support systems, and investigation and mitigation of moisture intrusion and potential mold infiltration. The selected firm will be responsible for providing all necessary construction, coordination, and associated engineering and design services required to complete the project in accordance with applicable codes and standards. For the purposes of this RFQ, the City of Mountain Home is soliciting only a statement of qualifications. No preliminary design work, site-specific proposals, or cost estimates shall be submitted at this time.
