At Town Branch Wastewater Treatment Plant, the exterior windows are currently deficient and allowing unwanted air flow and leakage penetrate through seals. Approximately 64 existing operable double pane exterior windows have been identified for replacement. The new exterior window units will need to replace the existing exterior window unitsin the current openings. Windows shall be accompanied with shades. Painting, wallpaper, wall, and sill repair will also be required. Additionally, the seal for an exterior door has been identified to be replaced. The door is currently allowing leaks and airflow to penetrate the interior of the building. Concrete failures, peeled flooring, and failing threshold necessitate repairs and new door and frame. The exterior of the building will require cleaning, sealing, and caulking to restore building appropriately.
