Sealed bids are invited for the 425 Race Street Parking Lot Addition in Lexington, Kentucky. Bids must be submitted in triplicate. Bid documents should be purchased directly by bidders from Lynn Imaging. Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond not less than five percent of the bid amount. A lump sum bid is required. The successful bidder must provide a 100% Performance and Payment Bond within ten days of receiving a Notice of Intent to Award Contract. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality. Bids may not be withdrawn for sixty calendar days after the bid date. A complete bid package (hardcopy set) is available for purchase of $60.00 or a download is available for purchase of $45.00 at online. Question Deadline 03/23/2026 10:00 a.m. Please have all questions transmitted to the architect/engineer by noon on March 23, 2026. Any questions submitted after this date and time will not be considered. Any prospective bidder desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation , specifications , drawings , etc. , must request it at least 7 days before the scheduled time for bid opening . Requests may be oral or written . Oral requests must be confirmed in writing . The only oral clarifications that will be provided will be those clearly related to solicitation procedures ,
