Renovation of a transportation facility in Lexington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
For the Blue Grass Airport United States Customs and Border Protection General Aviation Facility and other incidental items This project consists of the renovation of the northeast space in existing Hangar 49 for the relocation General Aviation Facility. Successful Bidders shall be required to pay at least prevailing wage rates established by the Kentucky Department of Labor. BID GUARANTY. Each sealed Bid shall be accompanied by an irrevocable Bank Letter of Credit, or a Bid Bond satisfactory to LFUCAB with good corporate surety, in a sum not less than ten (10%) percent of the aggregate amount of the Bid, payable without condition to the LFUCAB, to guarantee that if the Bidder's offer results in an Award, that the Bidder will furnish all required bonds, insurance certificate(s) and insurancepolicy(ies) within fourteen (14) Calendar Days after the Notice of Award is given, and enter into the Contract for the bid amount. Question Deadline 03/25/2026 Bidder is advised that LFUCAB reserves the right to reject any and all Bids submitted, to waive any and all informalities, irregularities and/or technicalities in any Bid or Bid Guaranty, to accept any Bid deemed advantageous to it; and, to negotiate changes, deletions, or additions to these Contract Documents with the successful Bidder.
