Garage No. 7: Level 2 membrane replacement at pour strips; membrane recoat at Level 2; pressure wash and clean walls; miscellaneous sealant repairs; remove and replace interior façade sealant at L2; column painting repairs. Unit price item: replace interior cove sealants at Level 2. Garage No. 8: Recoat waterproofing membrane at pour strips; remove and replace waterproofing membrane at pour strips and drains; parking line striping repairs at membrane; apply silane water repellant on brick façade; clean and coat precast embed plates; clean drains; remove and replace winged expansion joints.
