The City of Bonita Springs is inviting sealed proposals from qualified contractors to provide repairs to the River Park Boardwalks due to damage from Hurricane Ian. Proposals must be submitted on the official Bid Form provided by the City, properly signed, and include one original, two copies, and a flash drive with all required attachments. The response is a binding offer valid for up to ninety days from the public opening. The selected contractor(s) must enter into a contract using the City's forms. Bids must be received by the City Clerk at the specified address by the stated deadline. Late submissions will not be considered, and submissions will be publicly opened at the listed time and place. There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid conference at the project site. Questions regarding bidding procedures or project specifications must be submitted in writing by the deadline.
