Quotes are invited for the supply of concrete finishing tools, hand tools, personal protective equipment (PPE), and related construction supplies on an as-needed basis for a period of 12 months. The awarded contractor shall furnish and deliver new, unused materials suitable for heavy-duty municipal construction operations. The scope includes: - Concrete finishing tools and equipment such as wheels, trowels, floats, edgers, groovers, scrapers, brushes, and replacement components. - General construction hand tools and accessories like adhesive/epoxy dispensing tools, sprayers, hose assemblies, forming stakes, extension handles, utility knives, mixing paddles, and other miscellaneous hand tools. - PPE and safety items including knee protection, work gloves, safety glasses, dust masks, hard hats, and protective footwear, all meeting applicable standards. - Adhesives and specialty products such as hydraulic cement, epoxy systems, bonding agents, joint fillers, curing compounds, and related chemical products. Items are to be delivered to the Avondale Municipal Operations Service Center within ten business days for standard stock or as otherwise agreed for special orders. Bidders must state the manufacturer of each product, ensure all quotations are properly signed, and provide pricing on a per-unit basis. The contract will be awarded on the basis of individual or overall lowest price. Catalog discounts, lead times, delivery options, business licensing, and W-9 documentation must also be addressed in the vendor questionnaire. All pricing blanks must be filled; unfilled spaces are considered a no-bid entry for those items. 2CFR PART 200 and other federal terms and conditions apply when federally funded purchases are involved.
