Trade Package - Cargo Building 626.1 - TP 0034 - Fencing Main Trades of the Trade Package: Fencing The project involves the construction of a core-and-shell 2-story cargo building with related leasable office space mezzanine, improved sidewalk, and landscaping elements. All interior fit-out work will be completed by a future tenant. The first phase includes cargo warehouse space on two floors, 28 truck docks with 7 additional future truck docks, structural accommodations for material handling systems, office space with light wells, two parking stalls (both handicap accessible), and facade work involving insulated metal panel, glass, translucent polycarbonate, and concrete base. The office facade is primarily glass and metal panel with a glass and concrete base. Two elevators per phase are included. Demolition of building 624 and relocation of existing infrastructure will take place before occupancy. The project is part of a larger redevelopment to create a consolidated office campus and cargo district at SFO.
