Construct approximately 10,115 square feet of new Intensive Care Unit (ICU) patient care space by extending the existing ICU to the east. The new construction will be built over the existing roof of the Primary Care Clinic located directly below. Renovation work includes modifying approximately 5,500 square feet of existing ICU space to support the consolidation of Intensive Care Units within the Medical Center. The project scope includes, but is not limited to, site grading for a new exit stair tower; demolition and removal of existing structures; and new construction activities. Work will encompass general construction, electrical systems, mechanical and HVAC systems, plumbing, low-voltage systems, and fire protection and fire alarm systems, all required to deliver a fully functional ICU expansion and renovation.
