Modernizing seventeen elevators within an occupied, operational courthouse and performing associated enabling work, including upgrades to mechanical, electrical, and fire protection equipment located in elevator machine rooms. The work must be executed in phases to limit interruptions, with disruptive activities performed outside of business hours and primarily within elevator shaftways. The contractor must coordinate access and security requirements, mitigate noise, vibration, and utility shutdown risks, and complete all construction in accordance with issued drawings and specifications. All work shall comply with Public Buildings Service Core Standards, Building Information Modeling requirements, the U.S. Courts Design Guide, and Publication 64. This office anticipates award of a contract for these services in November 2026. Contract duration is estimated to be forty eight (48) months. The Small Business size standard is an average annual sales and receipts for the past three (3) years that are equal to or less than $45,000,000.
