Renovation of a municipal facility in Gurnee, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Work will include renovation to existing public works facility, including removal of existing overhead door including exterior modifications for new wider overhead door, new mezzanine stair removal and egress door, and phased trench drain and piping replacement. Improvements include structural, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection and electrical modifications for the new plan and use. Owner on its own initiative may issue Addenda to clarify, correct, supplement, or change the Bidding Documents. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to the Director of Public Works in writing via email to PublicWorks@Village.Gurnee.IL.US.
