The Town of Rosthern is inviting qualified proponents to submit proposals for the provision of general HVAC and maintenance services across multiple Town facilities. The contract will encompass preventative maintenance, emergency response, and project-based services for 10 Town-owned properties. The Town is seeking a proponent who can consistently deliver high-quality, sustainable, and cost-effective HVAC solutions while complying with all municipal policies and legal obligations. Proposals will be assessed based on technical competence, pricing, sustainability practices, and relevant experience. All work must comply with applicable local, provincial, and national codes. Proposals must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. Tuesday April 7, 2026. Late submissions will not be considered unless due to an error by the Town. Proposals should be submitted either as a PDF via email or in a sealed hard copy envelope. Proposals must remain valid for 90 days after the closing date and be signed by an authorized company representative.
