Question Deadline 03/24/2026 Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing to the Local Public Agency. Any inquiry received seven or more days prior to the date fixed for opening of Bids will be given consideration. A goal for participation in each trade in all Federal and Federally-assisted construction contracts of 6.9% for females has been set nationally and of 4.8% for minorities has been set for the county. Project Identification The project consists of milling, paving fabric, and bituminous paving, and other work described in the contract. 1. Project location East Sheradin Avenue - North College Avenue to North Ulrich Street (Milling, base repair, paving fabric, leveling course, wearing course, ADA curb ramp) North College Avenue - Main Street to Sheradin Avenue (Milling, base repair, paving fabric, leveling course, wearing course) North Railroad Street - Sheradin Avenue to Summit Avenue (Milling, base repair, paving fabric, leveling course, wearing course) 2. OWNER: Redevelopment Authority of the County of Lebanon, 39 North 12th Street, Lebanon, PA 17046. Bids are invited for Annville Street Improvements in Annville Township (Construction Contract Number C-3-26-A) and for West Jefferson Avenue Improvements in Myerstown Borough (Construction Contract Number C-3-26-M). Contract documents, including Drawings and Technical Specifications, are available online. Prospective bidders must register with the Authority by email per the instructions with the bid specifications. Addenda will be issued only to those on record as having obtained the Contract Documents. Each bid must include a Bid Bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid. The Contract Documents include requirements regarding Davis Bacon Federal Prevailing Wage Rates, Non-Discrimination, Equal Opportunity goals, MBE/WBE outreach, Section 3 Compliance (C-3-26-A only), and Build America, Buy America Compliance (C-3-26-A only). The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. Bids may be held by the owner for up to sixty (60) days for review and investigation of bidder qualifications prior to awarding the contract.
