Reference number: 20126795 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-03-12 Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 9 The PUBLIC BODY wishes to issue a call for tenders relating to the installation of lighting systems, fencing, bulletproof barriers and the refurbishment of tennis, pickleball and athletics surfaces, in connection with Project No. 2026-107 Start of work: Monday, 29 June 2026 - Maximum duration of work: 2 weeks - End of work: No later than Friday, 21 August 2026 Peewee and Midget Baseball: - Start of work: Monday, 17 August 2026 - End of work: No later than Friday, 30 October 2026 Description The PUBLIC BODY wishes to issue a call for tenders for the installation of lighting systems, fencing, ball stops and the refurbishment of tennis, pickleball and athletics surfaces, in connection with Project No. 2026-107. More specifically, and without limitation, the work to be performed is as follows: A) Replacement of the lighting system on the baseball and softball fields; B) Resurfacing of the tennis courts and conversion of one court to a pickleball court; C) Resurfacing of the athletics track; D) Refurbishment of a players' shelter, ball stops and other work. In order to comply with the requirements of the Act respecting public body contracts for construction work, the PUBLIC BODY must proceed by means of a call for tenders in accordance with the procedure established by the Regulation respecting public body construction contracts. IN THIS CONTEXT, THE PUBLIC BODY IS ISSUING THE FOLLOWING CALL FOR TENDERS: Title of the call for tenders: Improvement of sports facilities - Rivière-du-Loup Secondary School
