The work mainly consists of the following tasks: a. Demolition of existing structures; . Removal and replacement of precast concrete pavers; c. Removal and replacement of granite curbstones; d. Supply and installation of electrical conduits; e. Supply and installation of water mains and sewer lines; f. Concrete slab; g. Supply and installation of topsoil and sod; h. Redevelopment of the rear areas; i. Temporary works necessary for the execution of the work; j. Surveying work; k. Signposting of the works.
