The study must include at least two distinct development options, an assessment of the advantages and disadvantages of each route (technical, environmental and economic impacts, etc.) and a recommendation for a preferred route, supported by the analysis and a cost estimate. This study will serve as the basis for a call for tenders to award a professional contract.
